For Domestic Shipping in the U.S. :

For all domestic orders over $35, USPS first class or priority mail shipping is on us! All domestic orders under $35 will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $5.

All in stock items with be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated such as special pre-orders. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery.

There is no sales tax outside of California.

For International Orders :

All international orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days for in-stock items unless otherwise stated such as special pre-orders. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS or DHL. Please allow up to 2 weeks from ship date for delivery and delays that may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Free upgrade shipping for orders over US$150. Just pay for USPS First Class International mail, get a free upgrade to UPS or DHL for free.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

100% happiness with your RNRK purchase is our goal! 

Requests for refund or exchange must be made within 21 days of purchase. If any of our merchandise is defective or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please send return requests to support@rnrk.la.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed and unused.

All items sold as "Sale" item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also cannot accepts returns of hats and beanies due to hygiene reasons.

There are no refunds or exchanges on International orders, unless the item is defective or a shipping error was made on behalf of RNRK.

For your convenience, our 100% recycled polybags and boxes are reusable to send your returns. We will email you a return label after you have submitted your request. You will be refunded the amount of your returns, less the return shipping costs.

You will have 10 days to send the item/s back after you receive your return label. Any orders received after this will be forwarded back to sender.

Please allow 5 business days from the time your item/s is received in our warehouse for your refund or exchange to be processed.
